Your tasks:
Responsible for the technical area, as well as leadership, coordination and organization
Responsible for personnel development, controlling and administrative activities
Ensuring and expanding the high quality in psychiatry, through active coaching, as well as systematic evaluation and control of the services provided
Support and guidance of employees within the framework of relationship-based work
Promotion of good interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
Participation in clinic-internal projects
Your profile :
Several years of practice as a certified occupational therapist or work agogics with a focus on psychiatry
High technical and social competence
Proactive, committed, resilient and goal-oriented personality with strong organizational talent and assertiveness
A high degree of communication and teamwork skills
Confident handling of IT
Existing CAS leadership training or the willingness to complete such
