Your tasks * Responsibility for the nursing quality process (VPS) in the residential area * Support of employees in direct care through bedside teaching * Accompanying new employees and students in complex situations * Leading reports and interdisciplinary discussions * Taking over delegated tasks from the residential area management * Assisting in concept development and its implementation * Collaboration in direct care. What you bring with you * Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes * Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalently recognized training * Very good oral and written German skills * Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards.
