For an age and care center in the Canton of Solothurn, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Carrying out daily basic and treatment care
• Support in daily activities and promoting independence
• Carrying out medical-technical procedures
• Responsibility for careful nursing documentation
• Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives and other specialist agencies
• Taking over tasks within the framework of the nursing process
• Co-responsibility for a high quality of nursing and care

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Joy in working with older people
• Empathy, patience and respectful conduct
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
• Readiness for early, late and weekend shifts
