It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all: children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization of Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training and its openness to other approaches. In order to complete its teams within the adult psychiatry and elderly psychiatry hospital units, the Fondation de Nant is recruiting for the positions of Chief Resident or Assistant Chief Resident - Hospital Units at 80-100% THE MISSION Coordinate the medical, clinical and organizational activities of a hospital unit of the Service de psychiatrie de psychothérapie de l'Adulte (SPPA) or de la Personne Âgée (SPPPA), guarantee the supervision of assistant doctors and trainees, as well as coordinate care with external networks and relatives. WE OFFER The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. Its adult psychiatry and elderly psychiatry hospital units welcome patients requiring inpatient psychiatric care adapted to their needs. The adult hospital can accommodate up to 50 patients aged between 18 and 65 years distributed across 4 units, suffering from psychiatric disorders. The elderly person hospital can accommodate up to 18 patients over 65 years old. Being a Chief Resident or Assistant Chief Resident in these services means evolving in a management and training function within a multidisciplinary team. It also means contributing to a care approach based on the relationship with patients, their relatives and the various partners of the network. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A person advanced in their training in psychiatry and psychotherapy with or without an FMH title (foreign title with MEBEKO recognition), who can attest to experience in adult psychiatry or elderly psychiatry and wishing to use their skills for the benefit of hospital psychiatric care. Furthermore, we are looking for a person having the capacity to engage in a relational process, liking interdisciplinary work and having great autonomy.
