For our residential group, we are looking as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for a personality who will accompany our 16 clients in everyday life with heart and professional expertise.

Your field of activity

• Reference person: You individually accompany adults in coping with everyday life and keep an eye on the development planning.
• Networker: You are the interface to doctors, authorities and relatives.
• Everyday life designer: From support with practical tasks to leisure activities - you are closely involved.
• Responsibility carrier: In the evenings and at weekends, you are (on a rotational basis) the contact point for emergencies in the entire institution.

• You have training in social pedagogy (FH/HF) or are a Dipl. Nurse (focus on psychiatry).
• You enjoy working independently, maintain calm in hectic moments and appreciate working in a well-coordinated 8-person team.
• Irregular working hours (between 06:45 and 21:15) fit into your life. On average, you only perform two weekend shifts per month - no night shifts!
• You possess a car driver's license.
