Your contribution ###

• You take responsibility for the planning, organization, and leadership of your ward
• You ensure that our performance goals are achieved together and are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA
• You ensure a high quality of nursing care and actively further develop the nursing diagnostic process
• You contribute to the ward management committee - in the sense of real co-creation
• You also work in direct nursing care and are part of a committed, dynamic team, as well as supporting the guidance of apprentices and students
• You actively contribute to interprofessional collaboration as well as to continuous improvements (Lean Management)

What you bring with you ###

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF, FH or an equivalent training with SRK recognition
• You mandatory have several years of leadership experience in the acute care sector, ideally in geriatric medicine
• You have already completed management training in the healthcare sector
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and developing your team as well as guiding apprentices and students
• You communicate clearly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You encounter older people with respect, empathy, and genuine appreciation
