Your tasks

• You support the medical team in the administrative area and ensure smooth daily practice and secretarial operations
• You take over email management, agenda management, appointment organization, electronic archiving, and the maintenance of patient files
• You enjoy writing from dictation and revising reports in the inpatient and outpatient sectors (Clinical)
• On the telephone, you are the first point of contact - friendly, competent, and solution-oriented
• You coordinate contact with internal and external bodies
• Collaboration in the consultation hours in the medical outpatient clinic/infectiology (e.g., blood collection, suture removal, dressing changes)

Your profile

• Completed training as MPA
• Confident oral and written communication in German as well as good knowledge of medical terminology
• You enjoy working digitally and are proficient in common IT programs
• You are expeditious, careful, and independent - and maintain an overview even with many inquiries
• You meet patients empathetically and at eye level
• With your open manner, your humor, and your ability to work in a team, you fit perfectly with us
