You bridge the gap between science and nursing practice. In the services, you are visible and advise, support, and empower service managers and caregivers.

For this versatile task, we are looking for you starting January 2027 or by agreement as a

Nursing Expert MScN 80% #

Your main tasks ###

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based and practice-oriented quality of care
• Elaborate and verify care concepts, guidelines, and work tools within the framework of quality management
• Ensure and develop understandable and legally compliant documentation of the care process and the recording of services
• Conduct complex case discussions, identify ethical issues, and support teams in decision-making
• Ensure and develop palliative care
• Regularly organize continuing education on relevant care topics
• Lead or co-design projects within the framework of our corporate strategy - from idea to evaluation
• Support and represent the person responsible for hygiene
• Maintain interprofessional collaboration internally and externally
• Maintain your network - internally, with other institutions, universities, and with other nursing experts on the "Gesundheitsmeile"

What you bring ###

• Nursing professional HF/FH with Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
• Extensive professional experience in care, ideally in the field of long-term geriatric care
• Knowledge of interRAI LTCF
• Proven experience in project management
• High awareness of quality and a precise and autonomous way of working
• An open and accessible attitude, with which you mobilize teams for change and development
• Appreciation of existing practical knowledge and pleasure in progressing it together
