In our newly built Huus Feldhof elderly and nursing home, 108 residents find a pleasant home, and 105 employees find a modern workplace with progressive employment conditions. With us, the residents are the focus.

Due to the maternity leave of our job holder, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement as:

Ward Manager Nursing (80 - 100%)

We expect:

• Completed training as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal diploma or team leadership
• Joy in interacting with people
• Flexible, resilient, and empathetic personality
• Ability to work in a team
• Leadership experience in the long-term care sector is an advantage
• Willingness to support learners during their training
• Willingness to take on daily responsibility, ward shifts, and on-call duties
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Openness to change
• Knowledge and experience with the classification models RAI LTCF or NH is an advantage
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
