For an established institution in the Basel area, we are looking on behalf of our client for a committed and responsible nursing professional for the night watch. Tasks

• Responsibility for the individual care and support of the residents during the night
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to the primary nursing principle
• Execution of medical-technical activities
• Documentation of nursing services in the ePDok
• Assessment of nursing needs using RAI
• Carrying out regular control rounds
• Medical monitoring and ensuring the well-being of the residents
• Close cooperation with internal and external specialists

Profile

• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP or DNI
• Professional experience as a night watch is an advantage
• Willingness for sporadic assignments in the day service
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and people with dementia
• High social competence as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Resilient, flexible and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with RAI as well as ideally a completed MDS coordinator course
