Team Leader Nursing IMC Platform

In the new Anna-Seiler-Haus, the Intermediate Care Units of Cardiovascular Surgery and Cardiology, the interdisciplinary IMC of Intensive Care Medicine with Neurosurgery and Visceral Surgery, and the Stroke Unit are organized on a single platform. The IMC platform is characterized by interdisciplinarity as well as the close cooperation of the various specialist fields. Patient care, education, and research are a high priority for us and are inseparably linked. You choose the specialist area that interests you the most.

What awaits you

• Technical, personnel, and administrative leadership of an IMC team in cooperation with other team leaders
• Support in quality assurance in nursing within the Shared Governance Team
• Responsibility for the professional care of patients in the IMC area
• Interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Participation in change processes, accompanying and supporting the team and individual employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as a post-graduate course in monitoring care or a post-graduate degree in intensive care
• Leadership experience or the willingness to complete leadership training
• Good communication skills, resilience, and organizational skills
• Enjoyment of new challenges and interprofessional cooperation
• High technical, personal, and social competencies
