As part of our move to our new premises, we are opening two new care units and are hiring nurses for our Monthey site, starting from 1 February 2027. Main missions: * Provide the necessary care to adults with multiple disabilities and ensure their health monitoring during the day * Supervise the care services provided by the support staff * Collaborate closely with the nursing, educational, and interprofessional team * Participate in medical visits, multidisciplinary networks, and keep the computerized files of the supported persons up to date * Provide weekend shifts and night telephone on-call duties. Essentials of the position: * Nursing diploma or Red Cross recognition * Experience in supporting people with disabilities would be an asset * Recognized capacity for coordination in the field of care and network work * Spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility * Empathy for people with disabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
