What you bring with you:

✅ Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

💙 Joy in interacting with elderly people

🏥 Experience in long-term care is an advantage

🤲 Sense of responsibility, empathy, and organizational talent

🤝 Independent way of working and team spirit

🇩🇪 Very good German skills in speaking and writing

📚 Interest in personal and professional development

💻 Good IT user skills
