• Carefully document all care and accompaniment processes.

Skills ##

• Open personality, experience in long-term care, knowledge of dementia.
• Skills in palliative care and RAI/RUG system appreciated.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in German.

We are a retirement home committed to the care of dementia as well as in basic palliative care for 84 people from 18 years of age. The care concept is based on reference care in the maieutic sense.

We are looking for an assistant in health and social care or SRC nursing assistant, activity rate 80%-100%

Your tasks

• Competent care and attentive accompaniment of our resident(s)
• Daily support of healthcare professionals and guarantee of seamless information transmission
• Responsible documentation of all relevant care and accompaniment processes

Your profile

• Open, committed personality with an autonomous way of working
• Experience in long-term care, ideally with people suffering from dementia
• Knowledge in palliative care and the RAI/RUG system is an advantage or willingness to learn is present
• Solid IT knowledge
• Very good oral and written skills in German (at least B2) as well as understanding of Swiss German
