For our Support and Care department, we are looking for a Team Leader Support and Care (workload 70 - 100%) to strengthen our management team as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Team Leader Support and Care (Workload 70% - 100%)

Your tasks:

• Together with your team, you ensure professional and participation-oriented support and care for our residents with a primary physical disability.
• You lead and manage approx. 12 employees in technical, personnel, and organizational aspects.
• As part of our management team, you participate in higher-level specialist and project groups.
• You maintain close and interdisciplinary cooperation, including with specialist agencies and doctors.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification.
• You already possess leadership training or are highly motivated to complete such training.
• You convince through your winning personality, think conceptually, and possess high social competence.
