Nurse - Site Manager

Permanent contract (CDI) at 80-100% (to be agreed)

Start date: to be agreed

Hours: Monday to Friday (no evening, night, or weekend work, except for occasional interventions and primarily by telephone)

• ensuring the smooth running of the facility by applying the establishment's care philosophy and administrative procedures
• participating in the admission policy and managing client admissions
• ensuring the organization and application of care in connection with the client's life project
• actively participating in the construction of a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, respecting the needs of everyone
• collecting and transmitting observations, performing file follow-up, writing reports and participating in network work
• applying medical prescriptions and delegated medical acts
• structuring, supporting and managing a small team (exchanges, planning, evaluations)
• being the referent

Your profile:

• bachelor in nursing or a diploma recognized by the Red Cross
• professional experience in adult psychiatry, interest in network work and the development of socio-therapeutic activities
• experience in team management
• administrative skills
• knowledge of RAI and DIR IT tools
• dynamism, motivation and autonomy
• driver's license
