Healthcare Specialist EFZ or MPA for obstetric and gynecological interdisciplinary ward (m/f/d)

The Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Akutspital Herisau and the Psychiatrisches Zentrum AR in Herisau ensures the expanded basic medical care for the population in the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care for the Canton and beyond.

In the acute care nursing area under the leadership of Frau Dagmar Steinle, we are looking for a healthcare specialist (Fachfrau Gesundheit or Fachmann Gesundheit) for the obstetric and gynecological interdisciplinary ward at a workload of 50-70% starting immediately or by arrangement.

That's why we want you

• You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ, Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ)
• Alternatively, you have completed training as a Med. Praxisassistentin EFZ
• Initial professional experience in a hospital environment and in the care of interdisciplinary patients is an advantage
• Interest in the care of postpartum women and infants
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Cheerful and team-oriented attitude
• You are a communicative and open personality who puts patients at the center
