Your tasks

You lead around 30 employees and, together with the team, are responsible for ensuring that our residents experience professional, personal and high-quality care.

• Leadership, guidance and support of your team in everyday nursing
• You maintain an overview of documentation and performance recording
• Active participation in nursing and ensuring a high quality of care
• You look closely, ask questions, speak up about things openly
• -and if you think, "actually, one could do that differently"- we want to hear exactly that

What you bring with you

You have completed nursing training HF, DN II or FaGe and several years of professional experience as well as ideally leadership experience. But at least as important to us is how you work with people and deal with new challenges.

• You communicate clearly and appreciatively and like to take on responsibility
• Accompanying people and further developing a team gives you joy
• You like to organize and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• RAI experience or experience as an RAI Supervisor is a plus
