While Senevita stands for locations for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the Switzerland-wide leading provider of private Spitex services.

In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected department), 52 apartments for assisted living and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections.

Your tasks

• Recruitment and introduction of employees as well as the professional and personnel leadership of your team
• Construction and organization of the department with 22 residents and integrated Spitex
• Co-design and introduction of the management and nursing processes and active cooperation
• Personnel deployment/duty planning, employee appraisals
• Responsibility for classification using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
• Communication and maintenance of contact with internal and external customers
• Decisive shaping of the working atmosphere as well as an effective working environment

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a dipl. nursing specialist tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP). For foreign diplomas, recognition from the SRK is mandatory)
• Many years of leadership and professional experience in long-term care
• Knowledge in RAI- HC/ interRAI LTCF
• Leadership experience with corresponding leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (min. level B2)
• Strong social competence as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
• Resilience and very good organizational skills
