Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Proven professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Commitment to taking on short-term daily assignments
• Flexibility to work in various shifts and facilities

Tasks ##

• You take on flexible assignments in various psychiatric institutions in early, late, or night shifts
• You ensure professional and individual care as well as support for people with mental illnesses
• You support existing nursing teams and actively contribute to a high quality of care and support
• You contribute your experience in different psychiatric specialized departments and diverse care situations
• You specifically promote the stability, independence, and existing resources of the patients
