Vocational Trainer for the NDS HF Anesthesia Nursing, 80-100 %

For our anesthesia nursing team at the Waid location, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the guidance, promotion, and assessment of anesthesia nursing students in the area of their specialist, methodological, social, and self-competence, aligned with the corresponding semester goals according to the continuing education concept.
• You bear the primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning situations, as well as for the documentation of the learning process and the conduct of qualification interviews.
• You are jointly responsible for the implementation of NDS learning forums as well as internal continuing and advanced training.
• You are responsible for anesthesia management and anesthesia monitoring in delegation or in cooperation with a specialist in anesthesiology, as well as assistance during anesthesias.
• You independently undertake the nursing care of patients with threatened or impaired vital functions as well as freshly operated patients after major procedures.

Profile ##

• Completed further training as Dipl. Expertin / Dipl. Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS HF
• Professional experience in the specialist field
• SVEB I or willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of practical instruction, openness to development, change, and new forms of learning
• High social competence, patience, and clarity for dealing with students
