We need you and your skills to complete our nursing team. We are waiting for you in our medico-social psychiatry establishment for the elderly of the Fondation de l-Orme, as an Assistant Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse at 100%. Indefinite duration contract from 1 January 2027

To date, our structures welcome, in their entirety, 90 residents and approximately 150 employees. They are located in Lausanne, one in the Métamorphose eco-district at chemin des Bossons 40 and the other at chemin des Plaines-du-Loup 4B.

Your profile

• HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Benefit from training in health management such as a CAS postgraduate certification or any other title deemed equivalent
• Ability to integrate your actions into interdisciplinary support work
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage priorities, stress, and time management
• Marked interest in the elderly, team management, and human relations.

Your work

• Collaborate closely with the head nurse to ensure the quality of services provided to residents, respecting all processes concerning care. Ensure the replacement of the head nurse in her absence
• Support the head nurse in team management, ensuring that each employee adopts a posture conforming to the institutional philosophy. Intervene if necessary to ensure optimal support.
• Be a privileged interlocutor for residents and their families/relatives, in order to meet their needs and expectations.
• Aim for the improvement of care services in order to contribute to the analysis of actions taken by supervising practices.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with all sectors of activity of the EMS of the Fondation de l-Orme.
• Participate in the admission process of new residents.
• Be the contact person with all partners of the health network and external providers.
