We are a modern and nationwide service provider in the homecare sector and offer an innovative and individual care concept for people who are long-term dependent on drug therapy and wish to receive it in their familiar private environment. This includes the administration of infusions or injections as well as training for the self-administration of medications.

Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF – 50 - 60% in Heimtherapie
in the regions Basel-Landschaft / Basel-Stadt

Your tasks

• Administration of medication to patients with rare diseases of all age groups in their homes
• Instruction of patients or their relatives in the self-application of medications
• Independent organization of your assignments as well as paperless completion of administration using modern communication tools
• Participation in regional team meetings and continuing education events

What you bring with you

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with several years of experience in the acute care sector (emergency, anesthesia, or intensive care experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in inserting peripheral venous catheters as well as experience in the administration of infusion therapies
• High quality awareness, independent working, flexibility, and organizational flair
• Sociability as well as an empathetic and appreciative manner
• Fluent German skills, English or French skills are a plus
• Driver's license category B and enjoyment of driving
• IT affinity and interest in modern communication tools
