Job Description ##

• Care and support of clients in their familiar home
• Promotion and maintenance of autonomy in everyday life
• Performance of basic care and therapeutic care
• Observation and documentation of health status
• Close collaboration with healthcare professionals and the interprofessional team

Required Profile ##

• You are a healthcare professional EFZ and work independently and responsibly
• You approach people with empathy, respect, and equality
• You are flexible, thoughtful, and adapt well to changing situations
• You enjoy teamwork and get actively involved
• You are prepared to work night shifts
• You possess a category B driver's license
