Your responsibilities

Do you like supporting a team and staying close to the field?

Unilabs is looking for a Team Leader at 80%, based in Genève, to supervise its team of home nurses in Suisse romande, starting from 1er janvier 2027.

You play a key role in organizing rounds, the quality of sampling, and the support of employees.

Required skills

Your missions:
Supervise, motivate, and support the team on a daily basis.
Organize schedules and rounds according to patient needs and team availability.
Welcome new employees and follow their integration, their skills, and their training needs.
Ensure compliance with sampling procedures, hygiene and safety rules, as well as sample storage conditions.
Ensure effective coordination with the manager and the laboratories.
Monitor activity, identify difficulties, and propose improvements.
Ensure the availability of equipment and participate in home sampling as needed.

Your profile:
Training in nursing and proven experience in blood sampling.
Experience in home care and in team supervision is an asset.
Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage unforeseen circumstances.
Proficiency in French; English desired
