For our client, we are looking for a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ for the Spitex sector, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Requirements:

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• You love making decisions based on your specialist knowledge
• Enjoyment of the diversity as well as the individuality of the clients
• Quick comprehension and flexibility
• High social competence, initiative and independence
• Driver's license Cat. B with own vehicle
• Good German skills in speaking and writing

Activities:

• You care for and support the clients according to the care plan
• Advice and support of the clients and relatives
• Recognition of emergency situations and professional action
• Writing progress reports as well as recording services
• Active participation in reports as well as team and case discussions
• Participation in team meetings
