Your tasks:

• Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning support on the wards
• Contact person for our AGS and FaGe learners and HF students
• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor's rounds
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Management of the nursing process as well as leading case discussions
• Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing
• Taking over daily responsibility and coordination of the day team
• Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for an assigned specialist topic with professional disciplinary authority

Your profile:

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF
• Completed vocational trainer course
• Completed further education SVEB 1 or willingness to complete this
• Professional experience in long-term care desirable
• Confident communication in the German language in spoken and written form
