We care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, care for, and nurse. To this end, we offer 147 residential places in various forms of living as well as 180 workplaces. In addition, 85 places are available in the daycare center.

The 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten.
For our residential group "Mit Zugang zum Park" at the Kloten location, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement.

In our closed residential group "Zugang zum Park", upbeat and cheerful people with various impairments, some at risk of running away, live. Our interdisciplinary team cares for two residential wings with different focuses. Due to this division and the individually very diverse needs of the residents, everyday life is varied and inspiring.

Your tasks

• competent nursing and agogic care of our residents in their everyday life
• building and maintaining a trusting and sustainable relationship with the residents
• individual promotion of self-competencies
• designing and implementing individual daily structures and leisure activities
• accompanying appointments and excursions
• reference person work / conversations with relatives
• administrative client work on the PC (easyDOK)
• participation in team meetings, case discussions

What you bring with you ##

You must have completed training in the nursing and/or agogic field
(FABE, FAGE, dipl. Sozpäd, dipl. Pflege or equivalent training)

and-

• You are proficient in nursing and act independently and professionally
• For you, self-determination and mutual respect are guiding values
• You succeed in meeting even severely impaired people with challenging behaviors with much appreciation and respect
• Building a trusting relationship with the residents gives you the sense of purpose for your work that you are looking for
• Daily changing challenges inspire you
