Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF as Night Shift Lead (60 %)

Your tasks
➢ You take over the professional and personnel leadership of the night watch team with a focus on nursing quality, team stability, and process reliability
➢ You ensure needs-based, professional nursing and care of our residents during the night and take on daily responsibility during the night
➢ You organize and coordinate the night watches and work closely with the nursing management as well as the day and late shift teams
➢ You conduct employee and development meetings and participate in personnel clarifications
➢ You support the recruitment process professionally and conduct structured inductions for new employees
➢ You advise employees in complex nursing situations, provide situational coaching, and participate in direct care if necessary
➢ You ensure economical and quality-assured service delivery including correct documentation and implement quality and hygiene specifications
➢ You actively further develop the organization of the night service and participate in projects or lead them

Your profile
➢ Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP or Bachelor Pflege FH or equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
➢ Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
➢ In-depth specialist knowledge in long-term care
➢ You recognize structural potential for improvement in the night service and actively contribute these
➢ Resource-oriented, quality-conscious way of working
➢ Flexible, motivated, team player and resilient
➢ Good IT user skills as well as proficient German in speaking and writing
