• You ensure patient-oriented, safe and professional nursing - according to our understanding of nursing and the Skill- & Grademix concept
• You actively contribute current specialist knowledge to the team and are an important contact person for complex nursing situations and nursing issues
• You use your specialist knowledge to adapt workflows and framework conditions and to further develop processes
• You develop and promote nursing quality in your department as well as cross-sectorally - while always keeping efficiency and impact in mind
• You collect relevant nursing data, evaluate it and use it for quality development
• You promote interprofessional cooperation and use the resources of the support areas
• You orient yourself towards our internal Lean philosophy and contribute actively

What you need to be successful

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson (AKP, DN II, HF, FH) as well as an NDK Fachverantwortung Pflege - or are willing to complete this
• Ideally, you already have experience in the acute care sector
• The medical diversity of a family-like peripheral hospital excites you and you perceive it as an exciting, enriching challenge
• You put the well-being of your patients at the center and meet all people with respect and appreciation
• You work responsibly, conscientiously and reliably
• Further development is a matter of course for you
• You are communicative, flexible, resilient - and bring self-motivation and team spirit
• You have proficient German (B2 level with a foreign language diploma)
