The women's clinic at Stadtspital Zürich places great importance on holistic and individual care for women. For the gynecological, obstetric outpatient clinic, we are looking for committed personalities as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You receive our patients at the counter and take over general secretarial tasks.
• You are responsible for patient administration and provide telephone information to patients, family doctors, insurance companies, relatives, and authorities.
• You support preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures and assist the doctors during consultations.
• You organize and document your work processes independently and ensure correct service recording.
• You are co-responsible for ordering medical material, medications, and office supplies, promote cross-departmental cooperation, and support the induction of new employees.

Profile ##

• Training as a healthcare professional or Med. Practice Assistant with several years of professional experience
• Interest in the care of women in various life situations
• Flair for administration and organization
• Quality awareness and service orientation
• Good PC user skills
