Socio-educational Assistant CFC (M/F)

to join our team of interim pool workers, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and/or motor), psychiatry, and childhood.

Job Description
--------------------

• Work in close collaboration with the teams in place to ensure appropriate supervision for the people being supported
• Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy and the development of individuals' skills
• Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the people being supported, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enrich your knowledge and skills

• Activity rate: variable according to your availability
• Type of contract: interim missions (with the possibility of evolution towards permanent contracts depending on needs and structures)
• Location: canton of Vaud, with missions in different establishments depending on needs.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Socio-educational Assistant CFC diploma or foreign title recognized as such
• Significant previous experience in the socio-educational support of people in situations of vulnerability
• Knowledge of the different issues related to disability, psychiatry, child/adolescent protection, or other related fields
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
