Chief Resident

This position is intended for a physician wishing to practice a diversified activity, close to the field and at the heart of regional health issues.

You will contribute to the proper functioning and development of the medical activities of the Réseau de l'Arc through notably:

• Occasional replacements within our Medicentres in order to guarantee continuity of care and to support medical teams.
• Participation in medical and transversal activities led by the Medical Direction.
• The development and continuous improvement of the healthcare offering of the Réseau de l'Arc.
• Contribution to various medical and organizational projects in collaboration with senior physicians and network teams.
• Support for various transversal activities and projects within our Pôle Santé Mentale.
• Participation in initiatives responding to the health needs of the population of Jura bernois and Seeland.

This function offers a global vision of the regional health system and allows for interaction with numerous medical and institutional partners.

• Federal medical diploma or recognized foreign diploma.
• MEBEKO recognition obtained or in progress.
• Excellent command of French, minimum B2 level required.
• Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
• Good knowledge of the region or a real willingness to integrate into it durably.
• Experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care medicine constitutes an asset.
• Marked interest in regional health issues and local medicine.
