A varied everyday life awaits you in the secretariat and at the dispatch, as well as work assignments in the oncological and hematological practice in Spiez, including performing laboratory analyses. At the dispatch, you will take on the reception of patients, telephone triage, and the scheduling of consultations, therapies, and internal as well as external examinations in a hub function. Additionally, you will work in the secretariat, transcribe reports from dictation, prepare the tumor board, and complete other administrative tasks.

Start date 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

How you will become part of our team ##

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Physician/Hospital Secretary
• Joy in contact with patients
• Experience in writing, processing, and sending medical reports via dictation
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Strong skills in self-organization and setting priorities
