Registered Nurse as Nursing Team Leader, 80-100% (f/m/d)

tasks

• you lead, accompany and promote your nursing team in everyday work
• in doing so, you ensure professional and high-quality nursing and care of the residents
• furthermore, you take responsibility for the nursing planning as well as the correct documentation
• you actively work in the daily nursing routine and support your team in demanding situations
• the application of the classification system rai ltcf is also part of your area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a dipl. pflegefachfrau hf, fh or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• ideally, you already bring initial leadership experience or want to take the next career step
• experience in the area of rai ltcf is required
• you work independently, responsibly and appreciate cooperation in the team?
