Pflegefachperson HF/FH 80–100 % as per immediate or by arrangement for a responsible position as Head of Nursing. The organization enables people with different health needs to receive professional nursing and care in their familiar home. Humanity, individual support and a high quality of nursing are at the center of this. Through personal contact with clients as well as close cooperation with relatives and other specialists, need-oriented care is guaranteed.
