Nurse Urology Zürich 60-100%

In urology, you accompany patients in personal and often sensitive situations, from pre- and postoperative care to instruction in the use of catheters and continence aids. In a clinic in Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a workload of 60 – 100 %. You manage the nursing process independently, care for patients in the acute phase, and work closely with the urological medical team.

• Competent and individual nursing care and support of patients according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures in cooperation with healthcare assistants
• Reliable recognition and mastery of emergency situations as well as initiation of suitable measures
• Responsibility for seamless patient documentation and professional transfer of information within your own area of responsibility
• Introduction and support of new employees, apprentices, and students

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examined nursing professional, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in an acute care hospital, ideally in the specialty area of urology, is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• IT user knowledge and security in electronic documentation
• Resilience, organizational talent, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
