What you can look forward to:

• Checking and processing patient registrations, planning and disposition of beds
• Obtaining, checking and monitoring cost guarantees and transfers
• Contact person for referring hospitals, practices and health insurance companies
• Receiving calls and maintaining master data
• Taking over various administrative tasks

What we look forward to:

• Completed commercial training
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience in patient administration or experience with medical software is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1) and proven communication skills
