MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POST
You ensure the complete and anticipatory management of operating room equipment in order to guarantee smooth interventions, equipment available at all times and seamless coordination between the block, sterilization, logistics, suppliers and doctors.
MAIN TASKS
Manage ancillaries, implants and loaned instruments (round trip, deadlines)
Verify necessary equipment before each intervention (consignment and loan) and prepare associated documents
Update nomenclatures to reduce preparation or billing errors
Control the dispatcher and guarantee correct billing
Order equipment according to the surgeon's request, monitor stocks and anticipate shortages
Scan and record documents (TTO, consumption, STER) to ensure traceability
Be the "single point of contact" for all questions related to operating room equipment
Collaborate closely with logistics, STER, doctors and the operating room teams
REQUIRED TRAINING
Experience as an orthopedic scrub nurse in an operating room is mandatory.
Comfort with IT tools (D3, DPi, Excel or equivalent).
Good knowledge of SAP is a plus
Methodical, rigorous, reliable, endowed with an excellent sense of anticipation.
Ability to work in a team in order to implement improvement solutions
Good communicator, appreciated for your collaboration and your sense of service
