Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) - Region Nord 40-100% (a) WHY YOU ARE RIGHT FOR US * Your field of expertise: Whether Memory Care (dementia) or Somatics: together we will find the area that suits your strengths. * Flexible workloads between 40 and 100 % - we adapt to your life, not the other way around. * Mostly shifts in day service, usually between 07:00 and 16:00, with 1-2 weekend and evening shifts per month. * Your quarter, your place of work: You are on the move in a region that you may have called home for a long time. * More than just nursing: You accompany customers in their familiar environment and support them in living as independently as possible. * Real encounters: You build trust and experience how valuable personal relationships are in everyday nursing. * Variety instead of routine: Every person, every apartment and every day brings new stories. * Attractive employment conditions: Family-friendly framework conditions, good social benefits and the possibility to buy additional vacation weeks. With your good German language skills, you communicate confidently with customers, relatives and specialists.
