Do you enjoy working independently, approaching people openly and already have experience with taking ear impressions? Or do you come from dental hygiene, dental assistance or prophylaxis and want to familiarize yourself with a new, exciting specialist field? Then we would like to get to know you.

For the further expansion of our otoplastics division, we are looking for a committed personality who supports our customers directly on site and accompanies projects independently from the first inquiry to successful handover.

Your tasks

• You plan and organize your customer visits largely independently.
• You visit corporate customers on site and advise new and existing customers regarding individually adapted hearing protection.
• You create offers, follow up with customers and accompany the entire sales process.
• You professionally take ear impressions and digitize them for further processing.
• You perform fit and leak checks on the finished otoplastics.
• You coordinate ongoing customer projects and keep an eye on deadlines and orders.
• Even after delivery, you remain a personal contact person for your customers.

What you bring with you

• Experience with ear impressions and otoplastics or training as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, prophylaxis assistant or in a comparable profession
• Joy in precise practical work on people
• Joy in customer contact, consulting and sales
• Willingness to learn the professional taking of ear impressions if you do not yet have experience in this
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• An open, sympathetic manner and joy in dealing with different people
• Driver's license category B and willingness for regular customer visits

Your possible residential and deployment area

Since you perform a large part of your work at our customers' sites, you do not have to live directly in Flums.

Your place of residence can be in the following regions, for example:

• Linthgebiet: Uznach, Rapperswil-Jona and surroundings
• Glarus: Glarus, Näfels and surroundings
• Zürichsee & Zürich: Pfäffikon SZ, Wädenswil, Horgen, Zürich and surroundings
• Zentralschweiz: Einsiedeln, Schwyz, Zug, Luzern and surroundings

Depending on the deployment planning, you can drive directly from your place of residence to our corporate customers. This allows the field service activity to be organized flexibly and efficiently.
