As a home care nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring personalized patient care directly in their living environment, guaranteeing quality, safe, and adapted care for each situation. You will intervene with people of all ages, in collaboration with families, doctors, and various healthcare professionals.

Your main missions will include:

• Providing home nursing care according to medical prescriptions and the specific needs of patients.
• Performing technical care such as dressings, injections, blood tests, clinical monitoring, and other nursing acts.
• Managing and monitoring drug treatments to ensure their correct administration and effectiveness.
• Assessing the health status of patients, detecting clinical changes, and adapting care accordingly.
• Accompanying patients in maintaining their autonomy and promoting their quality of life at home.
• Ensuring clear and benevolent communication with patients, their loved ones, and healthcare network stakeholders.
• Participating in the therapeutic education of patients and their surroundings to help them better manage their health on a daily basis.
• Transmitting the necessary information for patient follow-up and contributing to the coordination of care with all partners.
