Thus, the department's mission is to screen and effectively treat increasingly frequent and polymorphic pathologies while respecting patients and their relatives. Organized into six services, the department offers hospital, outpatient, and community services. The adult psychiatry service intervenes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in adults aged 18 to 65. Within outpatient and inpatient units, multidisciplinary teams ensure complete care, combining medical care, psychotherapies, and social support, in collaboration with external partners. Psychologist - 80% As part of your duties, you offer psychological follow-ups as well as psychotherapies, both individual and group, and ensure the management of difficulties encountered by patients. You develop adapted care plans and develop interventions for therapeutic and preventive purposes, thus contributing to global and proactive care. Your activity is carried out in an interdisciplinary framework promoting close collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals of the Centre ambulatoire de psychiatrie et de psychothérapie intégrée. In this capacity, you take an active part in clinical colloquia as well as in reflections and exchanges regarding care situations. More globally, you evolve in an environment that values collaboration, clinical expertise, and the sharing of knowledge, serving demanding and humane hospital care. Qualifications Holder of a Master's in psychology (or a degree deemed equivalent), you benefit from a federal title of psychotherapist or are engaged in advanced training with a view to obtaining it. You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in psychotherapy, which has allowed you to develop solid clinical skills as well as a rigorous and structured practice. Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team, you actively contribute to the collective dynamic while demonstrating autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in the exercise of your function. You also have experience with an adult population presenting mental disorders. Interested in research and the evolution of practices, you are committed to a continuous process of development and updating of your skills.
