Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH interdisziplinäre Bettenstation

The Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Akutspital Herisau and the Psychiatrischen Zentrum AR in Herisau ensures the expanded basic medical care for the population in the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care for the canton and beyond.

For our inpatient ward with a focus on Internal Medicine under the nursing management of Frau Dragica Novakovic, we are looking for a Diplomierte Pflegefachperson FH or HF with a workload of 50-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional and competent care and support of patients on the interdisciplinary inpatient ward
• Independent implementation of the nursing and treatment process in interdisciplinary cooperation
• You orient yourself according to the nursing and treatment concepts of the Spitalverbund and also contribute your competencies to the development of new standards
• Electronic documentation as well as planning of the care
• You participate in the practical supervision of trainees in the various stages of training

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or Gesundheits- und Krankenschwester, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
• Experience in applying the nursing process in different nursing situations
• Enjoying developing oneself in a company that promotes learning and where good cooperation is a central aspect for the treatment of patients
• A high degree of specialist, social, self-, and methodological competence characterizes you
• You act confidently and constructively in an interdisciplinary context
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
