Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 intensive care beds as well as 4 telemetry places. Annually, we care for around 96'000 patients in Spital Limmattal. At the center of our work are high-quality, individual and patient-centered care as well as close interprofessional cooperation.

Your involvement here

• Support of the Intensive Care Unit management in technical, personnel and organizational leadership tasks
• Deputizing for the Intensive Care Unit management in their absence
• If required, active participation in projects as well as support in their planning and implementation
• Direct involvement in patient care in all shifts

You

• have completed further training as Dipl. Expertin/Dipl. Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF
• have at least one year of professional experience in an intensive care unit in a Swiss acute care hospital
• have initial leadership experience as a group leader or the readiness to complete a corresponding leadership further training
• possess organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• demonstrate communication skills, conflict resolution competence and negotiation skills
• possess decisiveness as well as the ability to make decisions in a comprehensible manner and implement them consistently
