Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Responsibility and leadership of your nursing team
• Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the nursing needs assessment RAI LTCF.
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of physician visits
• Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leadership of case discussions and nursing reports
• Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and empathetic interaction with people suffering from dementia
• Professional experience in general long-term care is an advantage
• RAI LTCF knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
