Job Description ##

• Independent and professional care and support of people with dementia.
• Assumption of predominantly late shifts 12.30-21.30 with high personal responsibility.
• Observation of the state of health as well as initiation of suitable nursing measures.
• Careful and complete nursing documentation.
• Ensuring a professional flow of information and a structured shift handover.
• Cooperation in a familial and committed team.
• Co-shaping an appreciative and homely atmosphere for the residents.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing.
