Permanent position Riviera ICUS - Nurse unit manager (M/F/D)

Job description:

Management and human resources
Ensure hierarchical responsibility and local management of nursing staff.
Participate in recruitment, organize integration, and conduct evaluations.
Identify training needs and support skills development.
Plan staffing, schedules, vacations, and absences according to the needs of the service.
Manage complex relational situations with the DSI and HR.
Collaborate closely with the IRUS to anticipate needs, adjust staffing, and ensure an appropriate distribution of resources between units. Care organization
Organize and coordinate nursing activity across all units.
Adapt resources to the activity and the complexity of care.
Guarantee continuity of care and the fluidity of the patient journey.
Ensure regular reporting to the DSI and report major situations.
Analyze field issues with the IRUS, define necessary measures, and transmit situations requiring arbitration to the DSI. Rehabilitation, quality and safety
Ensure that care promotes patient autonomy and participation.
Guarantee coherence between the care project and the interdisciplinary therapeutic project.
Ensure the application of protocols, the quality of files, and the safety of practices.
Analyze adverse events and implement improvement actions.
Promote the role of nursing in the rehabilitation journey. Collaboration and development
Promote collaboration with medical, therapeutic, and support service teams.
Participate in nursing department projects and institutional projects.
Support changes and harmonize practices between units.

Profile sought:

Nursing degree recognized in Switzerland.
Confirmed experience in care and team supervision.
Completed or ongoing training in local management.
