Healthcare Professional with additional function in vocational training

Tasks:

• Professional and needs-oriented care and support of the patients
• Execution of nursing and medical-technical activities within one's own area of competence
• Support in daily life organization and promotion of the patients' independence
• Observation of the state of health and forwarding of relevant changes to the responsible nursing specialist
• Execution and documentation of the assigned nursing measures
• Close cooperation with dipl. nursing specialists, doctors, and other specialists
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
• Accompanying and supporting FaGe apprentices in daily practical training
• Planning, organization, and execution of learning situations in practice
• Introduction, guidance, and support of the apprentices in the development of their professional competencies
• Observation and assessment of the apprentices as well as regular feedback on their learning and development status
• Execution and documentation of training discussions and competency proofs
• Cooperation with the vocational training manager as well as the responsible educational institutions
• Participation in the further development of training quality in the company

Requirements:

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Completed further training as Berufsbildnerin / Berufsbildner or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in the health or nursing sector
• Joy in accompanying and promoting apprentices
• Good pedagogical and communicative skills
• Responsible, independent, and reliable way of working
• Patience, empathy, and joy in transferring knowledge
• Ability to motivate, guide, and constructively assess apprentices
• Teamwork skills and good cooperation with various professional groups
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good organizational skills and confident handling of nursing documentation
• Willingness for professional and personal further development
