• You professionally and appreciatively accompany, care for, and support children, adolescents, or adults in their everyday lives.
• You promote the independence, resources, and quality of life of the persons being cared for.
• You design a structured daily routine and support individual developmental goals.
• You take responsibility in care and contribute to a safe and stable environment.
• You carefully document observations, developments, and relevant information.
• You work closely with relatives, legal representatives, and interdisciplinary specialists.
• You contribute your own ideas and support the social integration and participation of the clients.
• You act responsibly and orient yourself towards the individual needs of the persons being cared for.
• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ (FaBe) or Sozialpädagoge/-in HF/FH
• For foreign diplomas: corresponding recognition in Switzerland is an advantage
• German language skills at least at level B2
• Experience in the Swiss social or healthcare system is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
• Independent way of working as well as joy in working with people
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
